Tinnitus & Diet
Recently my sister read a posting from Dr. Barbara O’Neill about diet and tinnitus. Dr. O’Neill recommends removing sugar, wheat and dairy from your diet if you suffer from tinnitus. Sugar, wheat and dairy increase inflammation in your body and make tinnitus worse. I suffer from tinnitus and since cutting back on these, I have noticed a big reduction on the noise level of my tinnitus. Still have not given up sugar completely but have managed to stay clear of wheat and dairy. I will keep you posted. 🎈
